Membership Information

Submit your membership form to the listed address on the membership form.

NOTE: It is important to provide both a permanent address and telephone number for emergency purposes. The BLPOA had several instances over the past year that required us to contact a homeowner (i.e. storm damage, broken water pipe, etc.) and we had no number on file.

Curbside Recycling

The BLPOA has contracted with Apex Waste to provide curbside recycling to members who choose to enroll in the program.  The yearly cost is $135.00.  Apex will also provide the recycling cart.
