Membership Information

Submit your membership form at a membership drive (May 17 or June 14) or mail to the address listed on the membership form.

NOTE: It is important to provide both a mailing address and telephone number for emergency purposes. The BLPOA  has had instances that required us to contact a homeowner (i.e. storm damage, broken water pipe, etc.).

When you fill out the membership form, please clearly print or type your information.        Make all checks payable to:

Garbage & Curbside Recycling

The BLPOA has contracted with Apex Waste to provide weekly garbage service as well as optional bi-weekly curbside recycling to members who choose to enroll in the program.  The yearly cost is $135.00 per cart.  Apex will provide garbage/recycle carts.
